We debuted the source adage brand in 2015 with the luxury home fragrance collection. We knew that we wanted to create premium home fragrances from the onset so having our own, custom glass vessel that distinguished our products from a crowded market was essential. As creatives, we relished the opportunity to design something as beautiful as the scents themselves and embody our own aesthetic that balanced modern with timeless, neo-classic with minimalism. The now iconic adage-embossed decagon glass vessel became both our brand’s identity and an intentional statement for our determination to stand apart from the crowd. Our confidence to speak directly to a design and fragrance-savvy audience.
Our home fragrances wrap space in comfort and sophistication with unique scents that are nothing short of fine fragrances for the home.
Each of our core home scents is inspired by, and named for, a specific landscape which informs the choice of ingredients and the mood that we aim to evoke with each scent. The results are unique scents that capture the beautiful complexity of nature and a sense of place. Special Edition scents broaden the source of inspiration but retain the same level of quality and passion for developing fragrance.

PACIFIC COAST
A single cypress standing over the white sand beaches that stretch effortlessly for miles. Marine breeze infuses with a fresh mountain air with whimsical effect along the central coast.

GREAT PLAINS
Fertile, grassy fields wind-swept to the imperious mountains’ edge where pollen-dusted clouds roam across an endless sky enveloping the entirety.

SOUTHWEST
Chiseled valleys of red clay harbor desert flowers embedded in kilned rock. An ardent wind is the usher of both brittle seeds and echoing native voices.
An arid and spicy fragrance of precious dried wood, red clay, coriander, fennel seeds, thyme, and night-blooming cactus flower, inspired by the red rock landscapes of the American desert.
HUDSON 314
Misted meadows meet and yield to mossy woodlands at the break of day. Steeples pierce the veil of fog in this storied river town, as it awakens to freshly-sown innuendo, commingled with timeless intrigues.
A warm fragrance of river grasses and wild herbs, cedar wood, oak moss, and sweet amber, inspired by the historic upstate town of Hudson, NY.
SOUTHERN STATES
A social gathering in the evening where attention converges on an extrovert in the parlor; dandy in extravagance. An imbibed darker tone commandeers the senses as night falls.

NORTH ATLANTIC
Hillside smoke fills the air with ash and caramelized sap in autumn. Amber hues move swiftly through the mossy forests, igniting them in rich tones as the season braces for a change.
An enveloping fragrance of cedar wood, tobacco, and smoke sweetened by caramelized sap and clover honey inspired by New England in autumn. Now, even more refined than ever, with up-cycled ingredients like cedar and palo santo woods!
