ONLINE SALE RETURN POLICY

We thank you for your interest in our fragrances. We recognize that buying a fragrance online can be intimidating when you can’t test it in person. So that you can rest easy about your purchase we offer some simple options to make sure the fragrance you choose is the right one:

 

1. We sell fully refundable samples of our eau de parfums and home fragrances if you prefer to test the scents first. With the subsequent purchase of a full size product, we’ll reimburse the sample costs back to you!

2. If you purchased a personal fragrance or a scented candle or diffuser online at sourceadage.com you can send it back to us within 30 days for a refund of the product price or a replacement. Contact us by email or or by calling (518) 697.5397 and we will email you a free return shipping label. We will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product. Note: All personal fragrance products must be in original packaging that includes the original sealed cellophane wrapping. Opened fragrance boxes can not be returned to avoid tampering concerns. Refundable samples are available in order to test the scent before ordering a full sized product if necessary. Home fragrances can be returned if the product has not been used.

WHAT IF THE RETURN WAS A GIFT PURCHASE?

If you purchased the item as a gift, the same policy as above applies as well. Either you or the recipient can contact us the same way to process the return. However, if the recipient does contact us, we ask that they provide the order number and the name of the person who gave the gift so that we can effect the return efficiently.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

Although we take the utmost care in personally packaging our products, we understand things can be damaged during delivery. If the product is delivered damaged, let us know within 10 days of receiving it by emailing us by email or by calling (518) 697.5397. We will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange for the product and will email you a free return shipping label.

    •    All refunds will be charged back to your credit card or to a PayPal account within 2-3 business days of us receiving back the returned product.

    •    Products are shipped back to us using USPS ground service, which can take between 1-4 business days to receive.

    •    Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not original shipping costs if any.

EXCHANGES

    •    All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving back the returned product.

    •    Products are shipped back to us using USPS ground service, which can take between 1-4 business days to receive.

    •    Exchange items are shipped to you at no cost to you.
